What we collect

Your name, email, mobile phone and ZIP code at checkout. In the intake form: your passport issue and expiry dates, upcoming travel date, any name change, best times to call, and your photo if you upload one. Payment is handled by our payment processor, and we do not see or store your card number. We also collect basic visit data (pages viewed, the ad you came from) using cookies and the Meta pixel.

What we never collect

We never ask for your Social Security number, passport number, card details for government fees, or any login or password. You enter those yourself, directly on the State Department site.

Why we collect it

To check you qualify, review your photo, schedule and run your guided session, process your payment, contact you about your order, and measure whether our advertising works.

We never sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run this service, such as payment, email, and advertising measurement tools, and only as needed.

Deleting your data

To see or delete the information we hold about you, email rob@ozerdigitalsolutions.com or call (847) 271-3262. We will confirm once it is done. We may keep payment records as the law requires.
