What we provide

Passport Renewal Concierge provides guidance for US adult passport renewals: an eligibility check, photo review, prepared answers, a guided session where we stay with you while you complete your application, fee guidance, and status follow-up until your passport arrives. Passport Renewal Concierge is a private application assistance service. We are not affiliated with the US government or the US Department of State.

Renewals only

We only help with adult renewals. We cannot help if your passport is lost, stolen or significantly damaged, if it is your first passport or was issued before you were 16, if it is too old to renew, if you travel within the next 6 weeks, or if you are outside the US. If we find you are not eligible, we will refund our fee.

You submit your own application

You complete and submit your own application. We never submit on your behalf. Government fees, currently $130 for a passport book renewal, are paid by you directly to the State Department and are not part of our price.

What we do not control

We do not control government decisions, approval, or processing times, and we make no promises about them. We cannot speed up or influence your application.

Refunds

Our money-back guarantee and refund process are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Billing questions

If you see a charge you do not recognize or are unhappy, please contact us first. We respond within 1 business day and will fix it or refund you quickly. Opening a dispute with your bank instead of contacting us first slows everything down for you.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information and to enter your own sensitive details only on the State Department site.

Limits

Our liability is limited to the fee you paid us. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law.
